Management

the
Thompson
Women’s
Training
Institute
is
under
the
management
of
the
Diocese
of
Cuttack,
Church
of
North
India.
. In
accordance
to
the
Article
30
(I)
of
the
Constitution
of
India,
the
Diocese
of
Cuttack,
CNI,
a
religious
minority
community,
managing
this
Institute
especially
for
the
benefit
of
minority
Christian
community/Tribe.
However
this
Institute
is
open
also
for
all
community
-
Govt.-
Aided:
Since
1965
the
institute
has
been
receiving
grant-in-aid
from
the
Govt.
of
Orissa.
agreed
to
bear
hundred
percent
recurring
costs
on
appointment
of
teacher.
That
the
Government
of
Orissa
extended
Direct
Payment
Facilities
with
effect
from
1.3.1992
in
the
manner
as
laid
down
in
Government
Order
No.
15893(2)
dt.
12.6.74
to
the
Institution
vide
order-dated
8.4.1992.
According
the
staff
of
this
institute
are
receiving
triple
benefit
from
the
Government.

statutory
provisions
of Act
and the
application
for
recognition
was made
in 1996.
